Responsibilities
- Phlebotomy / Blood draw.
- Immunizations.
- EKG.
- Manual vitals and vision.
Requirements
- Phlebotomy Certification - required
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum One (1) year of experience - preferred
- Passionate, friendly, and caring individual
- Utilize universal precautions for patient care
- Experience working with military - preferred
- Experience working with mobile medical services - preferred
- Proficient with computer programs
- Must have weekend availability
Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing healthcare services to our military service members. You should have a strong background in phlebotomy and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of one year of experience is preferred, but we also welcome candidates with less experience who can demonstrate a strong passion for the role.
Skills
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a positive attitude. Proficiency with computer programs and experience working with mobile medical services is a plus.

Pay
Compensation details are confidential and will be provided during the interview process.
Schedule
You will primarily work weekends, with some occasional weekdays in the State of Montana on an "as needed basis."
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team. As a member of the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP), you will provide essential health readiness services to support the medical and dental needs of our deployable military forces. Our team works with various branches of the military including the U.S. Army Reserve, Army National Guard, U.S. Navy Reserve, U.S. Marine Forces Reserve, U.S. Coast Guard Reserve, Air National Guard, and U.S. Air Force Reserve.
