About the role

This position will use their expertise and experience in microfinance and/or community development to positively impact the spiritual and economic life of individuals and communities (both rural and urban) in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with community members to identify their needs and concerns
• Developing and implementing strategies to address the identified issues
• Collaborating with local organizations, businesses, and government agencies to secure support and resources for projects
• Organizing and facilitating community meetings, workshops, and other events to promote community involvement
• Making regular assessments of the progress of development projects and making adjustments as necessary
• Preparing reports and presentations to communicate project results and recommendations to stakeholders
• Aiding in securing funding for community development initiatives through grant applications and fundraising activities
