Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, education, or a related field
• Experience in business training, entrepreneurship, or community development (preferably in a cross-cultural setting)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse groups
• A commitment to Christian values and a desire to serve on a church planting team
• A willingness to live in remote areas and adapt to local living conditions
• Proficiency in the assigned unreached people groups language

Skills

• Design and implement business training programs tailored to the needs of local communities
• Provide ongoing mentorship to local entrepreneurs and community leaders
• Collaborate with local churches, community organizations, and local government
• Identify training needs and promote programs
• Build strong relationships with community members
• Adapt to local culture, language, and socio-economic conditions
• Integrate Christian principles into training sessions
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs and report on outcomes and community impact

Qualifications

This position will live among and serve the Filipino people as a member of a holistic, church-planting team in the Philippines. They will use their business knowledge, experience, and expertise to lead classes and seminars in computers, leadership, micro-enterprise, and other areas of business.
