Responsibilities
- Makes a minimum of 250 cold calls per day to prospective clients
- Daily outbound prospecting via email and LinkedIn
- Utilizes Zoom and other technologies to target companies and decision makers to personalize outreach
- Understands and clearly articulates and presents information about all FFW/WS services to prospective customers
- Collaborates with sales and marketing teams to refine outbound strategy
- Documents opportunities in Salesforce with accurate records of interactions
- Mets monthly/weekly KPI’s for meetings booked and qualified opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-3+ years of outbound sales or could calling experience (SDR/BDR preferred)
- CRM expertise, Salesforce preferred
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
About the role
The Business Development Representative is a REMOTE position and is responsible for generating leads for the Fit For Work sales team. The Business Development Representatives will conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and other professional communications.
