Responsibilities

  • Makes a minimum of 250 cold calls per day to prospective clients
  • Daily outbound prospecting via email and LinkedIn
  • Utilizes Zoom and other technologies to target companies and decision makers to personalize outreach
  • Understands and clearly articulates and presents information about all FFW/WS services to prospective customers
  • Collaborates with sales and marketing teams to refine outbound strategy
  • Documents opportunities in Salesforce with accurate records of interactions
  • Mets monthly/weekly KPI’s for meetings booked and qualified opportunities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-3+ years of outbound sales or could calling experience (SDR/BDR preferred)
  • CRM expertise, Salesforce preferred
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills

About the role

The Business Development Representative is a REMOTE position and is responsible for generating leads for the Fit For Work sales team. The Business Development Representatives will conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and other professional communications.
