Philadelphia - Tax Mid/Senior Level Associate

Seeking a midlevel or senior associate with 3+ years of reputable law firm and/or accounting firm experience to join our tax practice in our Philadelphia office. The position primarily involves a transactional federal income tax practice, but also involves work with the Firm’s state and local tax practice. The successful applicant must possess excellent academic credentials and writing skills. The candidate must have experience advising on transactional tax planning. Experience with energy project finance and infrastructure transactions is particularly desirable. The candidate must be (or must become) admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar for this position.
