We are seeking a junior to midlevel associate with 1-5 years of patent prosecution experience in a biotechnology practice.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in a life sciences discipline
- USPTO Registration Number (Patent Bar membership)
- Prepare for, take, and pass the patent bar exam either prior to joining or within the first 12 months of employment
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong research, writing, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Active membership in the bar of the state where the Morgan Lewis office is located
