IP Life Sciences Transactions Associate, Junior to Mid-Level
Northern Virginia office of Hogan Lovells Cadwalader seeks a junior to mid-level transactional associate to join our Life Sciences Licensing and Commercial Transactions practice.
About the role
Successful candidates should have between three and six years of experience. Preference will be given to candidates with substantial experience in licensing, collaboration agreements, and commercial transactions, as well as those with expertise in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare industries. We would be willing to train the right candidate.
Applicants must have outstanding writing and analytical skills, top academic credentials, and a commitment to excellence. Virginia Bar membership is required.
Requirements
- Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Member of the Bar in the United States
- 3–6 years of experience in transactional law
- Experience in licensing, collaboration agreements, or commercial transactions (preferred)
- Expertise in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries (preferred)
Pay
The expected base salary range for this role is $260,000 to $390,000 per year. This range reflects a good-faith estimate of pay at the time of posting; actual compensation may vary depending on the candidate’s qualifications. Additional compensation may include annual performance bonuses and discretionary bonuses.
