About the role
As a Pharmacy Technician, you will collaborate with various departments, other divisions of AHF, patients, and partners.
Requirements
- Valid, unrestricted State of California Pharmacy Technician license
- National certification (PTCB) preferred; if not certified, must obtain within 12 months of employment (company paid)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
- Certified in phlebotomy and immunizations
- Willing to obtain required licensure in two other states within one year of employment
- 1–2 years of work experience in a hospital, retail, or specialty pharmacy
- Familiarity with Medicaid or ADAP Programs
- Previous experience handling patient billing and/or insurance claims
- Familiar with pharmacy systems, data input, typing, and Windows PC applications
Schedule
- 8-hour shifts that vary by location
- Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–7:00 PM

- Primary: Westside, West Hollywood, East Los Angeles
- Potential coverage: Downtown Hollywood, Hollywood Flagship, Long Beach, San Francisco, San Diego
