Main Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service, consistently demonstrating care, concern, and patience.
- Greet, assist, thank, and invite customers to return, following company Greet, Offer, and Thank (GOT) standards.
- Assist customers with product location, accessibility needs, heavy items, and service-related requests to enhance the shopping experience.
- Serve as the pharmacy computer systems expert and primary trainer for pharmacy support staff.
- Maintain inventory control, including ordering, receiving, returns, recalls, outdated, and overstocked products.
- Process non-controlled drug orders and assist with physical inventory preparation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, safety, sanitation, and appearance standards.
- Participate in district, divisional, and in-store training programs, projects, and special initiatives.
