- Being the primary point of contact for our patients
- Being a source of kindness for all patients
- Constantly smiling
- Serving as a support for the Pharmacy staff in communicating prescription information
- Building relationships with our patients
- Focusing attention on our patients
- Handling point of sale operations
- Managing cash drawer operations
