Pharmacy Technician – Outpatient Specialty Center - Full Time - 8 Hour - Days

About the role

The successful candidate will provide integrated support to patients and pharmacists by delivering a hands-on approach to total quality patient care through a full continuum of medication adherence support.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on medication adherence support to patients and pharmacists.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician (5+ years preferred).
• Nationally certified and registered as a Pharmacy Technician with the State of employment (CPhT or equivalent).
• Commitment to obtain required certification within a mutually agreed timeframe if not already certified or if certification needs updating.

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Able to quickly learn other database programs and extract relevant information.

Schedule

• Shift: 08:00 – 17:15 (no waivers).
• Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40.

Pay

Hourly pay range: $36.23 – $48.90. Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure. Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area.
