About the role

Works in a collaborative, team-oriented environment answering phones, triaging customer service issues and preparing prescription and non-prescription medication.

Affords assistance to the Pharmacist with entering prescription information into the system of record.

Maintains patient records, bills insurance and/or customers and resolves questions around billing through the proper channels.
