Pharmacy Technician I

About the role

Works in a collaborative, team-oriented environment answering phones, triaging customer service issues and preparing prescription and non-prescription medication.

Assists the Pharmacist with entering prescription information into system of record.

Maintains patient records, bills insurance and/or customers and resolves questions around billing through the proper channels.

Affirms medications are available for patients by assisting with ordering, stocking shelves and communicating supply issues.

Requirements
