In this role, you’ll work alongside our pharmacists to provide safe, accurate, and efficient pharmacy services while helping patients access the medications they need. Why You'll Love Working at Konza No nights or weekendsUp to 5 weeks of PTO + paid holidaysMedical, dental, vision & 403(b) retirement with employer matchEmployee discounts on medical, dental & pharmacy servicesSupportive, team-oriented pharmacy environment What You'll Do Process new prescriptions and refill requestsEnter prescriptions accurately into the pharmacy information systemVerify prescription benefits and insurance coverageCommunicate copays and assist patients with pharmacy-related questionsCount, measure, label, and prepare medications for pharmacist verificationMaintain accurate patient pharmacy profilesProcess insurance claims and assist with rejected or denied claimsMaintain medication and supply inventory, including stocking and expiration monitoringCollect patient payments and assist with point-of-sale transactionsAssist with contract pharmacy revenue reconciliationIdentify prescription, insurance, or processing concerns and appropriately resolve or escalate themMaintain patient confidentiality and follow pharmacy safety and quality proceduresWork closely with pharmacists, providers, patients, and other members of the healthcare team Requirements Required Current registration with the Kansas State Board of PharmacyNational Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employmentPrevious pharmacy or healthcare experienceAt least one year of prescription order entry experience Preferred FQHC and/or eClinicalWorks (eCW) experienceBilingual in English and Spanish
