Responsibilities

• Contribute to a community’s well-being and act as a trusted advisor to patients.
• Prepare and dispense medications accurately and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional and personalized customer service through in-person and phone communication and active listening.
• Navigate patients through stress with calm, ease, and guidance.
• Enter patient, medication, billing, and sales data into systems to ensure a safe, compliant, and seamless experience.
• Support and help improve the pharmacy and the team.
• Grow in your career by learning and demonstrating an understanding of specialty diseases.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• License/Registration from the State Board of Pharmacy non-expired (if required by state).
• Active Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT): PTCB or ExCPT tests accepted.
• Working knowledge of Pharmacy Technician / Medical Office / Healthcare industry experience.
