The posted compensation range of $19.05 - $30.29 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
Job Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Registered Pharmacy Tech in the state in which you’ll work
- Active CPT-EXCPT or CPT-PTCB or CPHT certification in good standing in the state in which you’ll work
- 6 months experience compounding of IV medication
- Knowledge:
- Pharmaceutical patient care best practices and regulatory compliance
- Basic pharmaceutical mathematics and financial functions
- Strong phone, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with office equipment and ability to learn new software/database systems
- Abilities:
- Prepare and compound various medications, including intravenous admixtures
- Apply pharmacy standards and procedures, including I.V. admixture and automated systems
- Communicate effectively in English and establish positive working relationships

Wednesday - Tuesday 9:00pm - 7:00pm and 7:00pm - 7:00am on weekends and holidays

Qualifications
- Preparation and dispensing of prescribed medications for patients
- Performing compounding of intravenous medications
