Pharmacy Technician- Batesville

About the role

We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our team at George’s Family Pharmacy, Inc. in Batesville, IN. The position is full-time and requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience at a retail pharmacy and RX30 software experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurate medication counting and packaging
• Computer input
• Selling durable medical equipment
• Checking inventory
• Balancing cash drawers
• Making deposits
• Generating reports
• Performing other office duties

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience at a retail pharmacy
• RX30 software experience preferred
• High level of care and compassion for others
• Excellent customer service skills
• Effective communication skills
• Organizational skills
• Able to recognize opportunities for improvement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
