Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by treating customers/employees fairly and ethically, maintaining a safe and inclusive environment, and adhering to community standards.
• Offer health and wellness services relevant to patients as allowed by law.
• Interact directly with patients to provide health and wellness services.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, reporting illegal activities.
• Handle confidential information securely and maintain departmental standards.
• Manage inventory, count, measure, and prepare products following company guidelines.
• Answer phones, triage calls, and assist with billing and product dispensing.
• Support pharmacists in their responsibilities.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies regarding customer and business information.
• Participate in company health and wellness initiatives.
• Manage conflict in a non-confrontational manner.
• Work cooperatively in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Support and assist minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults through direct interaction.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Age 18 or older
• Confidentiality of information
• State requirements for performing functions

• EPRN familiarity
