Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient intervention by offering health and wellness services and experiences relevant to the patient as allowed by and consistent with state and federal laws.
• Handle highly confidential information with care.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, reporting illegal activities.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and safety guidelines.
• Manage inventory and maintain departmental standards.
• Accurately complete billing procedures and respond to customer inquiries.
• Support company health and wellness initiatives.
• Work cooperatively in high-paced and sometimes stressful environments.
• Resolve customer and business issues with honesty and integrity.
• Interact with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Age 18 or older
• Previous comparable experience or EPRN familiarity preferred
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations
• Understanding of computerized inventory management and ordering systems
• Ability to manage conflict in a non-confrontational manner
• Ability to work in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment
• Ability to interact with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
