Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient intervention by offering health and wellness services and experiences relevant to the patient as allowed by and consistent with state and federal laws.
- Handle highly confidential information with care.
- Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, reporting illegal activities.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and safety guidelines.
- Manage inventory and maintain departmental standards.
- Accurately complete billing procedures and respond to customer inquiries.
- Support company health and wellness initiatives.
- Work cooperatively in high-paced and sometimes stressful environments.
- Resolve customer and business issues with honesty and integrity.
- Interact with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Age 18 or older
- Previous comparable experience or EPRN familiarity preferred
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations
- Understanding of computerized inventory management and ordering systems
- Ability to manage conflict in a non-confrontational manner
- Ability to work in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment
- Ability to interact with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
