Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by treating customers/employees fairly and ethically, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment, and adhering to community standards.
- Offer health and wellness services relevant to patients as allowed by and consistent with state and federal laws.
- Interact directly with patients to deliver health and wellness services.

- Handle confidential information with care.
- Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, reporting illegal activities.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and safety guidelines.
- Manage inventory and maintain departmental standards.

- Answer phone calls and triage inquiries.
- Manage cash transactions, including tendering electronic fund transactions.
- Support pharmacists in their responsibilities, excluding those requiring professional judgment.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
- Support company health and wellness initiatives.
- Manage conflict in a nonconfrontational and cooperative manner.
- Work in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
