About the role

Since 1970, Salud has been committed to providing a Medical Home to patients, where medical, dental, behavioral health services, and clinical pharmacists work together and coordinate efforts in a team-based system of care. Responsibilities

• Aid the Pharmacist in dispensing medication to customers and patients according to prescribed methods.
• Approach tasks in a team-based care fashion that supports patients and their families in self-management, self-efficacy, and behavior change.

Requirements

• Computer skills required include Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for email, basic Internet knowledge, and multi-line phone experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• One year of general pharmacy experience working as a Pharmacy Technician is desired.
• A Pharmacy Technician must obtain a certification or provisional certification from the State Board of Pharmacy (Board).

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent.
• Valid and current licensure by the state must be maintained to ensure continued employment.

Skills

• Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook for email.
• Basic Internet knowledge.
• Multi-line phone experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Pay

The starting hourly pay range is $21 to $26.50 per hour.

Schedule

Monday to Friday – Available 8 am to 5:30 pm.
