About the role
The Ambulatory Pharmacy Technician supports the practice of Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacist by handling appointments, gathering and documenting patient information through interviews, and administering vaccines when applicable.
Responsibilities
- Handle patient appointments and gather necessary information.
- Document patient information accurately and efficiently.
- Support the administration of vaccines as per scope of practice.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient care.
Requirements
- H.S. Diploma or GED.
- Washington Pharmacy Technician License upon hire.
- National Certified Pharmacy Technician certification within 2 years of hire if applicable.
- 1 year - Pharmacy Technician experience if PTCB certified, 2 years if not.
Qualifications
- Coursework/Training - Pharmacy technician program (may be required in some states).
- 1 year - Customer Service experience.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay
The base pay range for this position is $23.81 - $36.44 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
Schedule
This role is full-time and operates on a day shift schedule.
