Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a Pharmacy Lab Technician to support our pharmacy operations team in Boca Raton, Florida. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Boca Raton, Florida.

Key Responsibilities

• Fill and dispense prescription medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist
• Accurately label, package, and prepare medications for shipment or patient pickup
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the pharmacy workstations and filling areas
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking and tracking medication supplies
• Verify prescription information and ensure accuracy before final pharmacist check
• Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations
• Collaborate with pharmacists and the operations team to ensure efficient workflow and turnaround times

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician or in a pharmacy filling role
• Active Florida Pharmacy Technician license required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication preparation
• Familiarity with pharmacy workflows, labeling, and dispensing processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume pharmacy or fulfillment environments
• Exposure to non-sterile compounding, though not required for daily responsibilities
• Understanding of different medication forms and administration routes
• Experience working in a telehealth or compounding pharmacy environment

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
