OnePoint Patient Care is hiring a Full Time Pharmacy Technician in Greenwood Village, CO!

Responsibilities

• Fills prescription items and packages medications for dispensing and delivery
• Accurately labels products, including cautionary and auxiliary labels
• Prepares medications, including non-sterile compounding (liquids, powders, ointments, etc.)
• Enters patient and prescription data into the computer system to generate labels
• Participates in pharmacy inventory management, including checking stock and removing expired medications
• Communicates professionally with internal and external customers
• Assists with onboarding and training new pharmacy staff
• Performs specialized tasks that may include: Working in the Controlled Drugs (Narcotics) Room, Operating automated machines to prepack medications, Mixing IV medications and sanitizing IV room/equipment, Servicing facility-based dispensing machines (e.g., Omnicell), Performing other pharmacy support tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Pharmacy Technician license as required by state
• Experience in a pharmacy setting and medical terminology
• Ability to operate a computer; recognize and identify medications
• Detail oriented; goal oriented, team player, and effective oral communication

Pay

$23.00 - $25.00 / Hour

Schedule

M-F 8am-8pm, Sat/Sun/holidays 10am-6pm (8 hour shifts)
