- Application window anticipated to close: 08/23/2026 (but we should remove application instructions? The instruction says remove application instructions. The line "Application window anticipated to close: 08/23/2026 *if interested in opportunity, please submit application as soon as possible." is application instruction. Should we remove? Probably yes, remove that line. Also remove "The hourly range listed is an estimate..." etc. That's more about pay determination; maybe keep pay info but remove the explanatory text? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So we should remove the application window line and the "if interested...". Also remove the EEO statement at the end. Also remove the "Candidates who are back-to-work..." etc. That's EEO boilerplate. Remove.
- Also remove the video link line "Click here to watch a short video..." maybe considered boilerplate? It's not essential but it's a link; maybe we can keep as part of description? It's not a substantive duty; but it's about role. Might be considered fluff. Safer to remove? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The video link is not substantive info about job; it's a promotional link. Could be considered boilerplate. I'd remove it.
- Also remove "What does Nuclear Pharmacy contribute to Cardinal Health? Nuclear Pharmacy is responsible for providing radiopharmaceuticals and other drugs to medical care providers under highly regulated State and Federal guidelines may also consult with or advise physicians and nuclear medicine technologists on the safe and efficacious use of radioactive drugs for diagnosis and therapy". That's substantive description of role; we can keep as part of About the role.
- Also remove "Now offering a $1,000 new hire sign on bonus!" That's substantive; include in Benefits or maybe a separate bullet.
- Also "Competitive wage, no calling insurance companies, no direct patient contact and we will provide specific paid on the job training." That's substantive about role.
- Also "Shift/Schedule 40 hours per week.Saturday through Wednesday. Saturday and Sunday 1:00 am to 9:00 am. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 11:00 pm – 7:00 amHolidays as assignedCandidate must be flexible to work different days, schedules, come in early or stay late, hours or overtime based on business needs." That's schedule.
- Also "This position is benefit eligible the first day of employment. This includes medical, dental, vision, Paid Time Off, education assistance, 401K and more!" That's benefits.
- Also "Anticipated hourly range: $19.90 - $28.30 Bonus eligible: No Benefits: ..." We'll separate Pay and Benefits sections.
- Also "Benefits: Cardinal Health offers a wide variety of benefits and programs to support health and well-being." list.
Now we need to decide sections.
We have:
- About the role: could include description of Nuclear Pharmacy contribution, competitive wage, no calling insurance, no direct patient contact, paid on the job training, sign-on bonus maybe.
- Responsibilities: list bullet points.
- Requirements: maybe combine Qualifications? The instruction says use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections to include based on content.
We have qualifications (driver's license, age, registration, ability to manage 75 lbs, experience preferred, IV/clean room plus, communication skills, customer service, manual dexterity, comfortable repetitive motions, comfortable nuclear environment, ability to work weekends/holidays/overtime, intermediate computer skills, may require vendor credentialing, HS diploma/GED preferred). That's qualifications.
We have skills: maybe we can extract from qualifications: strong verbal/written communication, strong customer service, manual dexterity, comfortable repetitive motions, comfortable nuclear environment, intermediate computer skills. Could be Skills section.
Requirements: maybe the mandatory items: valid driver's license, minimum 18 years, registration/state licensure preferred? Actually "preferred". Might be qualifications. But we can separate: Requirements: valid driver's license, minimum 18 years, ability to manage up to 75 pounds, HS diploma/GED or equivalent preferred? Actually that's preferred. Might be better to put all under Qualifications and maybe Skills separate. But we need to follow instruction: Use headings only when posting has real specific content. So we can include sections that have content.
We have content for About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Requirements maybe not distinct; we could omit Requirements if content overlaps with Qualifications. But we could still include Requirements with items like "valid driver's license, minimum 18 years, ability to manage up to 75 pounds". However those are also in Qualifications. To avoid duplication, we could put them under Qualifications and not have Requirements. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can combine.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
Now we need to format.
Use
for each section heading. Inside each section, use
for prose,
- for lists. We must not repeat job title. We must not include Job ID etc. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now craft content. About the role paragraph: combine description: Nuclear Pharmacy provides radiopharmaceuticals under regulated guidelines, may consult/advise physicians and technologists; competitive wage, no calling insurance companies, no direct patient contact, paid on-the-job training, $1,000 new hire sign-on bonus. We could also mention shift schedule? But schedule separate. Responsibilities: list bullet points as given. Qualifications: list bullet points: valid driver's license; minimum 18 years of age; registration with State Board of Pharmacy, state licensure as Pharmacy Technician or PTCB preferred; ability to manage up to 75 pounds; experience as Pharmacy Technician preferred; previous IV or clean room environment experience a plus; strong verbal and written communication skills; strong customer service skills; manual dexterity required for occasional reach, lifting, holding of small objects, dispensing doses; comfortable performing repetitive motions/tasks; comfortable working in a nuclear environment; ability to work weekends, holidays, overtime, alternate days/shifts, or be in a rotation; intermediate computer skills (ability to use computers and tablets); may require vendor credentialing; high school diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience preferred. Skills: maybe extract communication, customer service, manual dexterity, repetitive motions, nuclear environment comfort, intermediate computer skills. But those already in qualifications. To avoid duplication, maybe we can put skills separate: Strong verbal and written communication skills; Strong customer service skills; Manual dexterity; Comfortable performing repetitive motions/tasks; Comfortable working in a nuclear environment; Intermediate computer skills. But that duplicates some qualifications. However we could keep qualifications as the list of mandatory/preferred qualifications, and skills as a subset focusing on abilities. Might be okay. Alternatively we could omit Skills section and just have Qualifications. But instruction says we can include Skills if we have specific content. We have those skills listed; we can include. Benefits: list bullet points: medical, dental, vision coverage; paid time off plan; health savings account (HSA); 401k savings plan; access to wages before pay day with myFlexPay; flexible spending accounts (FSAs); short- and long-term disability coverage; work-life resources; paid parental leave; healthy lifestyle programs; $1,000 new hire sign-on bonus? Actually sign-on bonus is separate maybe under Benefits or About the role. We'll include sign-on bonus in Benefits as bullet. Pay: paragraph: Anticipated hourly range: $19
