Join our 100% employee-owned, closed-door pharmacy team! Looking for a pharmacy technician role outside of traditional retail? At Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy, our technicians work behind the scenes as part of a close-knit team serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health needs. We’re a 100% employee-owned pharmacy, which means everyone has a stake in what we’re building together. Our teams are collaborative, supportive and made up of people with different strengths and perspectives, including employees with IDD. We take our work seriously, but not ourselves. Responsibilities

• Fill and prepare prescriptions
• Operate our automated med-cup packaging system
• Enter and maintain accurate prescription information
• Communicate with clients and care teams by phone
• Work alongside pharmacists and other technicians to keep medications accurate and on time

Skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable and able to work well as part of a team
• Comfortable learning new technology and pharmacy systems
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly and professional communication skills

Requirements

• Active pharmacy technician registration in the state of employment, or ability to obtain before your first day
• National pharmacy technician certification (CPhT), or willingness to become certified shortly after hire
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work the posted schedule, including rotating Saturdays
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Schedule

• Weekday schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM –5:30 PM
• Short Saturday rotation: 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
• Sundays + major U.S. holidays off
