About the role

The Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital at HonorHealth is dedicated to providing comprehensive care for individuals with various medical conditions including brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, orthopedic issues, amputations, and multiple traumas.

Responsibilities

• Assists the pharmacist in dispensing medications to patients.
• Fills medication cassettes under the supervision of a pharmacist.
• Prepares IV medications under the supervision of a pharmacist.
• Prints and fills label requests for first doses or stat medications.
• Delivers supplies and medications to other departments as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Current State Board of Pharmacy Registration Certificate as a Pharmacy Technician, required based on state requirements.
• One to two years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician preferred.
