More About Our Team Our 24-hour pharmacy offers opportunities to perform clinical pharmacy services for patients in various departments of the hospital, including ICU, PCU/Cardiac, and the Emergency Department. Responsibilities
- Refills and maintains automated dispensing systems.
- Fills medication carts on a daily basis.
- Prepares orders and maintains inventory for the pharmacy department.
- Repackages bulk medications.
Requirements
Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, and current state Certified Pharmacy Technician certificate or willingness to obtain.
Skills
- Desirable to belong to national, state and/or local societies.
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
