About the role
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve them promptly
- Process orders and ensure accuracy in medication distribution
- Manage inventory levels and maintain stock
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and emails in a timely manner
- Assist customers with product information and ordering
- Follow up on orders to ensure satisfaction
- Perform data entry tasks accurately
- Participate in ongoing training programs
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
