The posted compensation range of $19.96 - $28.19 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
Requirements
- High School Graduate, or
- High School GED, and
- Pharmacy Technician: AZ
Responsibilities
- Perform all duties of a pharmacy technician in accordance with established policies and procedures related to the preparation and distribution of medication
- Perform duties required to restock medication dispensing cabinets and fill first doses
- Perform duties required in processing medications at patient discharge and transfer
- Perform duties required for narcotic distribution and assist in discrepancy resolution
- Perform duties required for patient specific medication delivery
- Process credits and restock returns
- Record waste
- Answer phone and determine order status; triage calls for appropriate resolution
- Review anesthesiology records and extract pharmacy charges; reconcile controlled substances with anesthesia department
