Pharmacy Technician
Job Purpose and Summary
We help our Pharmacists manage and improve patient health by following company SOPs at each workstation. You'll support the pharmacy team in fulfilling prescriptions safely and accurately, providing compassionate care, and contributing to a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation
- Support the pharmacy team in fulfilling prescriptions safely and accurately
- Show empathy and provide personalized care to patients
- Complete basic inventory activities as permitted by law
- Support immunizations and other patient health care services, where allowable by law
- Monitor for and respond to adverse reactions, and report events
- Manage vaccine supplies and supplies as directed by pharmacy leadership
- Support additional patient health care services as directed by the pharmacist
Requirements
- Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program
- Must have state-level licensure and national certification requirements
Qualifications
- Must have 1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Must have previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
- Must be able to work in the home store and across the market in other locations to meet business needs

Benefits
The typical pay range for this role is $16.00 - $16.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
