Job Purpose And Summary

Within our Retail locations, Pharmacy Technicians play a crucial role in supporting our pharmacy teams to consistently deliver on our brand promise. As a Technician, you'll support the pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence within your store.
- Support the pharmacy team in fulfilling prescriptions safely, accurately, and promptly.
- Create heartfelt and personalized moments for patients at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
- Show empathy and provide compassionate care to patients.

Required Qualifications
- Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
- Must be at least 16 years old if no minimum age requirement is set by the state board of pharmacy.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program.
- Must satisfy all registration, licensing, and certification requirements according to the State's Board of Pharmacy guidelines.
Essential Functions
- Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
- Concentrate on a task over a period of time.
- Confirm prescription information and label accuracy, ensuring patient safety.
- Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Solve or escalate patient problems.
- Manage vaccine supplies.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
- Experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting.
- Ability to work in the home store and across the market in other locations.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is $16.50 - $25.00. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
