As a Technician, you will support the pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence within your store.

• Support the pharmacy team in fulfilling prescriptions safely, accurately, and promptly.
• Assist in creating positive patient experiences by showing empathy and genuine care.
• Contribute to a high-performing team by remaining flexible and adaptable.
• Comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical principles.
• Support additional patient health care services as allowed by law and supported by required training and certification.

Required Availability

• Sunday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
• Monday: 1:00pm - 9:00pm
• Tuesday: 1:00pm - 9:00pm
• Wednesday: 1:00pm - 9:00pm
• Thursday: 1:00pm - 9:00pm
• Friday: 1:00pm - 9:00pm
• Saturday: 9:00am - 6:00pm

Essential Functions

• Follow company SOPs at each workstation to help pharmacists manage and improve patient health.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at each pharmacy workstation.
• Show empathy and genuine care in serving patients at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Complete basic inventory activities as permitted by law.
• Support immunizations and other patient health care services as allowed by law and supported by required training and certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting.
• Ability to work in the home store and across the market in other locations to meet business needs.
