Job Purpose and Summary
We help our Pharmacists manage and improve patient health by following company SOPs at each workstation. You'll support the pharmacy team in fulfilling prescriptions safely and accurately, and provide compassionate care.
Required Qualifications
- Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program
- Must satisfy all registration, licensing, and certification requirements according to State's Board of Pharmacy guidelines
Essential Functions
- Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
- Concentrate on a task over a period of time
- Confirm prescription information and label accuracy, ensuring patient safety
- Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
- Use math to solve problems, such as determining the total number of tablets to dispense
- Resolve challenging patient or colleague interactions
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, reaching, and bending
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
- Ability to work in the home store and across the market in other locations
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $27.00. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
