Pharmacy Technician

About the role

Clarest Health provides personalized medication management for patients in long‑term care facilities and at home, building strong relationships and delivering the highest standard of care. We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

• Set up packaging lots and follow inventory schedules.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment.
• Replenish supplies across packaging, dispensing, and staging areas.
• Perform audits, packaging scans, and short‑fill checks.
• Stage and tote prescriptions with accurate labeling.
• Assist with bulk dispensing, labeling, and “owes” processing.
• Communicate delays and inventory needs to the team.
• Must adhere to Clarest’s Code of Conduct, follow Clarest Compliance policies and procedures, and report any suspected violations of any federal or state laws to either their direct supervisor, Human Resources or the Compliance Officer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pharmacy technician license or certification (in good standing) a plus.

Pay

Salary range: $15‑$18/hour.

Schedule

Full‑time schedule (40 hours/week) within pharmacy operating hours (Monday – Friday 8a‑8p, Saturday 10a‑3p, Sunday 12p‑3p).
