Pharmacy Technician

We are seeking a dedicated Ambulatory Pharmacy Technician to support clinical pharmacy operations at a medical facility. In this role, you will handle patient appointments, gather and document patient information through interviews with patients, families, caregivers, pharmacies, and providers. Your responsibilities include managing prior authorizations, coordinating prescription renewals, and administering vaccines when within scope. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, an Alaska Pharmacy Technician License, and either 1 year of pharmacy technician experience with certification or 2 years without. Preferred candidates may have completed a pharmacy technician program and possess customer service experience.
