Pharmacy Technician - 3rd Shift

About the role

As a Pharmacy Technician with Remedi, you will operate cutting-edge Paxit automated Packaging and Dispensing equipment, fulfill Bulk Prescriptions, and stage finished items for shipment. You will also collaborate with and support various areas within pharmacy operations as needed.

Location: Onsite at our closed-door pharmacy, 962 South Dorset Road, Troy, OH 45373.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot Paxit packaging and dispensing equipment.
• Set up packaging lots and follow inventory schedules.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment.
• Replenish supplies across packaging, dispensing, and staging areas.
• Respond quickly to equipment faults and workflow issues.
• Use systems like Paxit Manager and Framework for order tracking.
• Perform audits, packaging scans, and short-fill checks.
• Stage and tote prescriptions with accurate labeling.
• Assist with bulk dispensing, labeling, and “owes” processing.
• Communicate delays and inventory needs to the team.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Current National/State Pharmacy Technician Certification.
• Basic computer skills and a solid grasp of medical terminology, math, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn new things.

Pay

Starts at $15/hr + Shift Differential. After a brief training period, team members have the opportunity to earn an additional $1.50/hr by learning and taking on new responsibilities.

Schedule

10:30pm–7:00am, Monday–Friday, with rotating holidays and weekends.
