We need to extract sections: About the role (maybe the first paragraph about organization). Responsibilities (the description duties). Requirements/Qualifications (the qualifications). Benefits (the benefits paragraph). Pay (estimated pay range). Schedule? Not mentioned. So we should not create Schedule section.
We need to use
for each section heading. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No job title given explicitly; we can ignore.
We need to preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate: EOE line? The line "Minimum Required Experience: 1 Year EOE, including disability/vets" includes EOE which is boilerplate; we should remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. So we can drop that part. Keep "Minimum Required Experience: 1 Year". But the phrase "EOE, including disability/vets" is boilerplate; remove it. So we keep "Minimum Required Experience: 1 Year". Also "Sign-On Bonus: Available with Experience" is a line at start; we need to preserve that info. It's a benefit? It's a sign-on bonus. Should we include under Benefits? Possibly as part of Benefits section. The posting says "Sign-On Bonus: Available with Experience". That's a specific benefit. So we should include that in Benefits.
Now structure:
About the role
-> paragraph describing Baptist Health.
Responsibilities
-> list of duties.
Qualifications
-> list of qualifications (degrees, licenses, experience, certifications).
Benefits
-> list of benefits including sign-on bonus, career growth, health wellness, wellness program deductible, tuition reimbursement, etc.
Pay
-> paragraph with pay range.
We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler. All have content.
Now format.
We need to convert lists into - . For responsibilities: list items: filling and labeling medications, refilling Pyxis, delivering medications to patient care areas, preparing IV admixture solutions, answering the telephone and directing the call to the appropriate staff, maintaining medication stock levels, maintaining proper storage of medications to ensure safe and cost effective pharmaceutical services, proficient in basic computer skills and appropriately uses information systems, technology and automation to complete assigned task.
We could combine some items.
For qualifications: list items: Degrees: High School, Cert, GED, Trn, Exper. Licenses & Certifications: Registered Pharmacy Technician. Additional Qualifications: One year pharmacy hospital technician experience (or equivalent experience) or graduate of the BHSF Pharmacy Technician Program. PTCB or ExCPT Certification preferred and required within the year for sterile compounding. Minimum Required Experience: 1 Year.
We could break into separate
- items.
For benefits: list items: Sign-On Bonus: Available with Experience, Career growth and development opportunities, with clear pathways and ongoing support, Comprehensive health and wellness resources that go beyond traditional benefits, A wellness program that can help employees eliminate their medical plan deductible, reducing out-of-pocket healthcare costs, Tuition reimbursement to support continued learning and advancement, And so much more (maybe we can keep "And so much more" as a bullet but it's vague; maybe we can keep as is). However "And so much more" is vague but it's part of the posting; we should preserve it. It's not filler like "commensurate with experience". It's a phrase indicating more benefits. We'll keep.
Now we need to ensure we don't include duplicated lines. The benefits paragraph had some run-on sentences without punctuation; we need to parse.
Original benefits paragraph: "Benefits At Baptist Health, we're committed to supporting our employees at every stage of their journey, both personally and professionally. Our approach is rooted in a "grow our own" philosophy, designed to help our team members build meaningful, long-term careers with us, supported by benefits that make a real difference, including: Career growth and development opportunities, with clear pathways and ongoing supportComprehensive health and wellness resources that go beyond traditional benefitsA wellness program that can help employees eliminate their medical plan deductible, reducing out-of-pocket healthcare costsTuition reimbursement to support continued learning and advancementAnd so much more Together, these benefits and others reflect our commitment to caring for our people, so they can build fulfilling careers with us while making a meaningful impact every day."
We need to split into list items after "including:" and before "Together". So items: Career growth and development opportunities, with clear pathways and ongoing support; Comprehensive health and wellness resources that go beyond traditional benefits; A wellness program that can help employees eliminate their medical plan deductible, reducing out-of-pocket healthcare costs; Tuition reimbursement to support continued learning and advancement; And so much more.
We'll keep the introductory sentence as prose
.
Now About the role: The first paragraph before "Benefits". It includes the sign-on bonus line at very start: "Sign-On Bonus: Available with Experience Baptist Health is the region's largest..." Actually the sign-on bonus line is separate: "Sign-On Bonus: Available with Experience Baptist Health is the region's largest..." It seems the sign-on bonus line is attached to the start of the paragraph. We could treat sign-on bonus as part of Benefits, but it's also at start. We'll keep it in Benefits list.
Now the About the role paragraph: Starting after "Sign-On Bonus: Available with Experience" maybe we should separate that. But we already used sign-on bonus in Benefits. So we can remove that phrase from the About the role paragraph. The remaining text: "Baptist Health is the region's largest not-for-profit healthcare organization, with 12 hospitals, over 29,000 employees, 4,500 physicians and 200 outpatient centers, urgent care facilities and physician practices across Miami-Dade, Monroe, Broward and Palm Beach counties. We'll put that in
.
Now Responsibilities: The description paragraph after "Description". We'll extract duties.
Now Qualifications: The qualifications paragraph.
Now Pay: The estimated pay range sentence.
Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences.
Let's craft.
We'll need to ensure proper escaping of any special characters like & etc. Use & if needed. The text includes "&" in "U.S. News & World Report". We need to escape as &. Also "IV" is fine. Also "Pyxis". Also "BHSF". Also "PTCB". Also "ExCPT". Also "EOE". We'll escape &.
