About the role
The Pharmacy Supervisor at Option Care Health is responsible for providing safe and appropriate pharmacy services to patients in accordance with policies and professional standards. They oversee the pharmacy department, manage regulatory requirements, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
- Current, active Pharmacy license as granted by the State Board of Pharmacy.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a clean room or infusion pharmacy setting OR 2 years of experience and one of the following:
- Knowledge of non-sterile compounding, and MTM.
- Completion of an ASHP accredited Pharmacy Residency Program.
- Equivalent experience as approved by the VP of Pharmacy and/or SVP of Clinical Services.
Qualifications & Interests
- Access to a reliable means of transportation for home visits.
- Experience using time management skills.
- Experience providing customer service.
- Basic level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Post-graduate program in clinical pharmacy service.
- Required certification from the Board in Nutrition Support Pharmacy, Pharmacotherapy, or other clinical pharmacy practice area.
- At least 1 year of experience managing inventory and logistics.
- At least 3 years of experience compounding sterile products and managing complex infusion patients.
- At least 1 year of experience overseeing purchasing and inventory process of all pharmaceutical and related substances and supplies.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $109,266.31 - $182,095.50, determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Schedule
Willing to travel up to 5% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
