About the role
As a member of the ambulatory pharmacy services team, you will be embedded in a primary care clinic working alongside physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals. You will play an important role in improving patient outcomes by managing medication therapy, providing patient education, completing annual wellness visits, closing care gaps, etc.

Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy or a Bachelor's degree in pharmacy
- Completion of a pharmacy residency preferred
- Licensed as a Registered Pharmacist by the South Carolina Board of Pharmacy
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification
