Responsibilities

• Drive Clinical Excellence: Serve as a specialist in high-stakes areas like nuclear medicine, oncology, and cardiology to ensure every medication plan is perfectly tailored to the patient.
• Serve as a Consultant: Act as a trusted advisor to medical staff and clinical leadership, providing real-time drug information and recommending formulary alternatives that prioritize safety and efficacy.
• Ensure Patient Safety: Meticulously review orders to proactively identify and resolve potential drug-related issues before they reach the bedside.
• Lead & Mentor: Oversee the technical pharmacy team and shape the future of the profession by serving as a preceptor for pharmacy students.

Requirements

• Pharmacist licensure/certification/registration obtained within 3 months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
• Enrolled in or graduate of an accredited Pharmacy degree program.
