Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to optimize pharmacy operations and workflows
  • Assess and identify inefficiencies in operational workflows
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials
  • Act as a systems super user, providing operational support and guidance
  • Maintain operational performance and workflow metrics
  • Manage operational escalations and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Leverage data to recommend process improvements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in pharmacy operations or related areas
  • Strong knowledge of PrimeRx pharmacy management software
  • Proficient analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required

Pay

$105,000 – $195,000 annually
