We're partnering with Cardinal Health to fill a Retail Pharmacy Manager position at Progressive Community Health Centers in Milwaukee, WI. This is an opportunity for a dedicated pharmacy professional to make a difference in the community.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including prescription dispensing, inventory management, and staff supervision.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and organizational policies.
• Provide clinical support and patient counseling to promote safe and effective medication use.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and outcomes.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, expense control, and revenue generation.

Requirements

• Active Wisconsin pharmacist license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy management or supervisory experience in a retail or community health setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in pharmacy software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care in an underserved community.
