About the role
Supports pharmacy management with administrative duties, payroll tasks, personnel file maintenance, productivity reporting, workflow monitoring, order tracking, and special project support.
Responsibilities
- Administers general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assists with payroll-related tasks, including timekeeping, scheduling, and attendance tracking.
- Maintains and organizes employee personnel records in accordance with company policies and compliance standards.
- Prepares, reviews, and distributes productivity and performance reports.
- Monitors workflow, reassigns technicians and support staff, and ensures timely delivery launches.
- Maintains order tracking and resolves discrepancies to ensure timely completion and delivery.
- Provides backup support in roles such as Pharmacy Technician, Data Entry, or Distribution Coordinator as needed.
- Responds to audit requests, gathers required documentation, and verifies prescription accuracy against manifests.
- Maintains and stores prescription records in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Assists with various projects and initiatives as assigned by pharmacy leadership.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior related experience in pharmacy operations, administrative support, or a similar environment.
- Proficiency with Windows-based software programs.
Qualifications
- Desired: Pharmacy Technician License.

Schedule
Monday- Friday 8a-430p. Holidays as scheduled.
Pay
USD $22.50 - $24.00 / Hour.
