About the role

Siemens Healthineers is seeking Pharmacy Managers, particularly those without prior nuclear pharmacy experience, to join our global community. We offer comprehensive training, relocation assistance, and full support to achieve the Authorized User (AU) certification.

Responsibilities

• Production of radionuclides
• Preparation and testing of radiopharmaceuticals
• Maintaining inventory
• P&L responsibilities
• Supervision of employees including HR functions
• Compliance with regulatory commitments including cGMP, Radiation Safety, Pharmacy laws, and corporate policies
• Aseptic techniques and QC procedures
• Document management and record keeping
• Radioactive material handling and logistics
• Cyclotron, chemistry module, and QC equipment operation and maintenance
• Ensuring a clean, orderly, and safe work environment
• Customer service and support
• Training and staff development

Requirements

This role is ideal for individuals interested in nuclear pharmacy, theranostics, and radiopharmaceutical production. It requires strong communication skills, customer relations, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Previous pharmacy management or sterile compounding lab management experience is preferred but not required.

Pay

The base pay range for this position is $147,740 - $203,137, with factors such as location, skills, education, and experience affecting the starting salary. Commission eligibility is also available based on individual and company performance.
