About the role

A Pharmacy Manager leads a team of pharmacists and pharmacy staff to provide comprehensive patient care and promote community health.

Responsibilities

• Process and dispense prescriptions, administer immunizations, and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations.
• Manage inventory, pricing, and presentation of merchandise.
• Model excellent customer service and oversee community outreach programs.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety, and legal regulations through report analysis and safety reviews.
• Oversee pharmacy operations, staff management, and performance improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, with a valid pharmacy license.
• Completion of accredited immunization training.
• Proficiency in working with patients and healthcare providers.
• Strong data analysis skills to improve pharmacy performance and patient outcomes.
• Ability to manage staff and pharmacy operations effectively.
