Pharmacy Manager - Full-Time

Role: Pharmacy Manager responsible for leading pharmacy staff to provide comprehensive patient care and community outreach. Key Responsibilities Process and dispense prescriptions, administer immunizations, and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations.Oversee inventory, pricing, and presentation of merchandise.Model excellent customer service and guide staff in customer interactions.Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote health and engagement.Ensure adherence to legal, safety, and company policies through report analysis and quality assurance. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, and pharmacy license.Completion of accredited immunization training.Proficiency in patient and healthcare provider communication.Ability to analyze data for performance and patient outcome improvements.Management skills to oversee staff and operations.
