About the role

Lead pharmacy staff to provide comprehensive patient care and community outreach.

Responsibilities

• Process and dispense prescriptions, administer immunizations, and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations.
• Oversee inventory, pricing, and presentation of merchandise.
• Model excellent customer service and guide staff in customer interactions.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote health and engagement.
• Ensure adherence to legal, safety, and company policies through report analysis and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, and pharmacy license.
• Completion of accredited immunization training.
• Proficiency in patient and healthcare provider communication.
• Ability to analyze data for performance and patient outcome improvements.
• Management skills to oversee staff and operations.
