About the role
The Pharmacy Manager leads a team of pharmacists and staff to provide comprehensive patient care and promote community health.
Responsibilities
- Process prescriptions and administer immunizations.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company policies.
- Manage inventory and oversee safety and quality assurance.
- Lead community outreach programs and model excellent customer service to meet patient and community needs.
- Analyze data to improve pharmacy performance, patient outcomes, and make informed financial decisions.
- Manage pharmacy operations and supervise staff effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
- Valid pharmacy license.
- Completion of immunization training.
- Proficiency in patient care and healthcare collaboration.
- Preferred experience includes U.S. pharmacy practice.
