Thrifty White Pharmacy is hiring a Pharmacy Manager in Walker, MN. This position may include shifts in Bemidji and Grand Rapids, MN as well. Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to build loyalty and repeat business.
- Champion Thrifty White programs (e.g., Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, HealthyPackRx) and enroll patients.
- Lead the team by modeling, coaching, and maintaining high standards in patient service.
- Structure and organize workflow for efficient prescription filling, patient counseling, and clinical services.
- Deliver clinical services, including Comprehensive Medication Reviews (CMR), Targeted Medication Reviews (TMR), Comprehensive Medication Management (CMM), Disease State Management, and Immunizations.
- Develop and follow up on long-term care (LTC) business, addressing the needs of nursing homes, group homes, and assisted living residences.
- Identify LTC and Specialty business opportunities and communicate them with marketers.
- Dispense medications, related supplies, and provide all clinical pharmacy services.
Requirements
- A pharmacy license without any federal sanctions
- A PharmD or MTM Certification (must provide a copy of the course completion certificate from an approved ACPE program)
- Current Immunization Certification
- Current CPR Certification
- NPI Number
