Pharmacy Manager

Thrifty White Pharmacy is hiring a Pharmacy Manager in Walker, MN. This position may include shifts in Bemidji and Grand Rapids, MN as well. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to build loyalty and repeat business.
• Champion Thrifty White programs (e.g., Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, HealthyPackRx) and enroll patients.
• Lead the team by modeling, coaching, and maintaining high standards in patient service.
• Structure and organize workflow for efficient prescription filling, patient counseling, and clinical services.
• Deliver clinical services, including Comprehensive Medication Reviews (CMR), Targeted Medication Reviews (TMR), Comprehensive Medication Management (CMM), Disease State Management, and Immunizations.
• Develop and follow up on long-term care (LTC) business, addressing the needs of nursing homes, group homes, and assisted living residences.
• Identify LTC and Specialty business opportunities and communicate them with marketers.
• Dispense medications, related supplies, and provide all clinical pharmacy services.

Requirements

• A pharmacy license without any federal sanctions
• A PharmD or MTM Certification (must provide a copy of the course completion certificate from an approved ACPE program)
• Current Immunization Certification
• Current CPR Certification
• NPI Number
