About the role
Lead and develop a pharmacy team to deliver exceptional patient care, ensure compliance, and promote best practices.
Responsibilities
- Manage pharmacy operations, including prescription fulfillment, counseling, immunizations, and inventory control.
- Support team onboarding, training, and performance management, fostering a culture of safety, inclusion, and excellence.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies, while maintaining high standards of patient safety and customer service.
- Lead clinical services like immunizations and expand patient access to care.
- Review operational metrics, develop improvement plans, and maintain a positive team environment.
Requirements
- Active Pharmacist License and NPI in the relevant state.
- 1-2 years of pharmacy experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing needs, and foster team collaboration.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Focus on patient safety and provision of empathetic patient care.
